Use these tips in either sales meetings or ideas for the new year’s kick off sessions.
Exercise: The Perfect Pitch
Instructions: Ask your team members to take 2 minutes to pitch your company and products.
Can they provide a perfect pitch describing:
- The industry challenge they solve?
- Assets which demonstrate your market fit?
- Why you vs your competition?
- Your current customer case studies?
Note to manager - the objective of this is to see if your team is 'audible ready' and able to describe the value of your solution in detail. The more team practice you have, the better the pitches. If this is done as a team, the group can also learn from each other and hear new stories and ideas. |
