What will we cover in the course?
In this in-person Pipeline Generation Planning course, we cover the four key aspects of pipeline generation:
- Personal/business goals and KPIs
- Target market, ideal customer profile and personas
- Building a pipeline reconciliation plan
- Cookbooks, campaigns and tracking progress
What resources will I come away with?
During this course, we run a number of exercises that will help you create your own pipeline generation cookbook and Pipeline reconciliation plan.
Using a cookbook allows us to understand what our daily activities need to look like to achieve our larger goals.
Do I need to do any pre-work?
There's no set pre-work for this course, but we suggest it's a good idea to look at your current pipeline so that it's front of mind when we do some exercises on the day.
